Carcinagenics are included only for scale. The Heatsinked box on
the right is the electronics driver for Mel
Bartel's SCOPE program. Mel did a great job on this software,
and continues to improve it with regular updates, bugfixes, and maintenance
of his web site. The Hand Paddle was once a Wireless Mouse from a
CalComp Digitizer Tablet. Almost all the stuff you can find everywhere.
The Battery comes from a large Uninterruptible Power Supply from a computer
room. The Charger/Regulator attached to the 12 Volt / 7 Amp Hour battery
provides the +5 V for the electronics, and regulates the recharge of the
battery. The little project boxes are cheap enough to splurge.
